I. purpose:
This machine is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance (sample damage, quality loss, appearance change), fuzz and pilling performance of woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics and coated fabrics (that is, woven fabrics and knitted fabrics are used as base fabrics, and the coated parts form continuous film on the surface of the fabric).
Ii. Principle:
Under the specified pressure, the wear resistance and pilling properties of the circular sample were examined after the track of Lissajous pattern was rubbed with the same fabric or wool abrasive fabric for a certain number of times.
Iii. Standards:
This tester is made according to ISO 12947-1~3,ISO 12945-2,GB/T 21196.1~4,GB/T 4802.2,ASTM D4970 and other standards.
