ZY-7024-AC Glow wire tester
1. Instrument description:
The glow wire testing machine is used for electricians and their components and parts, as well as solid electrical insulating materials or other solid combustible materials.
Use a standard resistance wire loop to heat to the specified temperature, and then make the glow wire and the test sample contact the plug, socket, rubber, plastic and other products under the test conditions.
2. Instrument specifications:
*Standard: Comply with GB/T5169.10～13, IEC60695-2-1/0～2-1/3, GB2099, VDE 0620, GB4706, UL817 test standards
*Inner box volume: 0.5M3, depth x width x height: 60x 95x 90cm
*Size: depth x width x height: 61x 120x 105cm
*Glow wire: A ring with a diameter of 4.0mm is made of nickel/chromium wire
*Temperature measuring device: 0.5mm armored filament thermocouple, can withstand high temperature of 1050℃
* Heating current: when the temperature is 960℃, the current is between 120～150A
*The force applied to the test: 0.8～1.2N, and limit the indentation depth to at least 7mm
*Timing: Light-off duration (Ti) and flame extinguishing time (T material and size can be customized according to customer requirements.
