1、 Instrument usage:
The rubber fatigue cracking test machine is used to determine the cracking performance of materials such as vulcanized rubber and rubber shoes after repeated bending, and meets the requirements of GB/T 13934 "Determination of Cured Rubber Bending Cracking" and GB/T13935, GB/T3901, GB/T4495, ISO132, ISO133, etc. Digital setting, displaying the number of bends, automatic shutdown, integrating the host and electrical control design, each sample can be individually clamped, with a beautiful appearance and convenient operation.
2、 The structural characteristics are:
This machine mainly consists of a motor base, a sliding column, upper and lower clamps, an eccentric wheel mechanism, and a digital display control box.
There are two sliding columns installed on the base, and the upper and lower grippers are connected to the sliding columns. The position of the upper gripper can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the lower gripper is connected to the eccentric wheel connecting rod. The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, and the lower gripper can perform up and down reciprocating motion. There is an adjustment scale on the front of the eccentric wheel, which can be adjusted according to experimental needs. The digital display control box can set and display the reciprocating frequency of the lower gripper.
